WATER TREATMENT

DESCRIPTION :
UPS Nalcool 2000 Water Treatment is used as a high temperature coolant for internal combustion stationers, engines, machinery, snow melting systems, industrial heat transfer fluids.

PROPERTIES :

• Protects both ferrous and non-ferrous metals from oxygen & corrosion.
• Compatible with most coolants and anti frizzles.
• Harmless to seals and gasket materials.
• Non staining.

• Ship or Rig Equipment.

DIRECTION :

1. Determines the quantity of treatment required for the system.
2. Engine cooling system should be drained, flushed and if necessary chemically cleaned with UPS F. 115 (Aluminum & Metal Cleaner) for to remove old rust and scale deposits, before treatment with UPS Nalcool 2000. .
3. UPS Nalcool 2000 should be introduced during circulation of the cooling water.

Initial treatment is at the rate of 1 liter of UPS Nalcool 2000 to 5 – 8 liters of water. If routine treatment at the rate 1 liter of UPS Nalcool 2000 to 10 – 15 liters of water.
